Light is our identity not an option, we have to keep our lights on at all times and live in this identity. The devil sometimes try to make us feel unqualified of what God has called us Himself - Lights of the world! The only way we can rebuke him is by knowing God for ourselves and having a daily relationship with Him through His Word and prayer. Mt 5.14 - 15. The essence of letting our light shine is in the responsibility of doing good works, so that people will see your good works and praise and glorify God. There is no middle ground in the spirit. You either belong to light, or you remain in darkness. Provision is not random. Direction is not accidental. Preservation is not luck. Acceleration is not hype. Backing is not personality. They are all products of where you belong. 1 Peter 2:9 makes it clear — we were called out of darkness into light. But calling requires a response. requires movement. Indecision is still a location. Silence is still a position. Avoidance is still belonging. The question is not just, “Where do you belong?” The real question is, “Where have you chosen to stand?” Because once belonging is settled, supply follows.
