Сегодня в сенсорно-динамическом зале МОО «Крылья» @autism.wings, расположенном в ФОК ЧГПУ, прошло ознакомительное занятие для студентов 4 курса ЧГПУ. Занятие было посвящено работе с методикой сенсорной интеграции Ayres Sensory Integration® (ASI). Его провела руководитель направления «Сенсорная интеграция» Владлена Тимофеева @tmfvvaa. Во время занятия студенты познакомились с основными принципами метода, направленного на улучшение обработки сенсорных стимулов центральной нервной системой. Методика эффективно применяется для развития детей с раннего возраста, и нацелена на способность ребенка обрабатывать и внутренне интегрировать сенсорную информацию от своего тела и окружающей среды. ASI является эффективным инструментом для помощи детям с нарушениями сенсорной обработки, позволяя им лучше справляться с повседневными задачами и раскрывать свой потенциал. МОО «Крылья» при поддержке ЧГПУ им. И. Я. Two years ago TODAY, we opened our doors at Adaptive Arena. And we have GROWN!! We started off with 2 registered Wheelchair Basketball athletes, and 2 Multisport Monday athletes, and our cheer program didn’t even exist. Now, we serve over 60 families a year!! We can’t do it without our athletes, their families, our sponsors and our team at Adaptive Arena. Thank you for the greatest two years!! We are looking forward to many more! ❤️💙❤️💙

We recently had some guests over at our All Access Life office! Students from a local specialized elementary school (the same school Brad attended), some parents, and teachers/staff joined us at our office for the day! We showcased all the cool things Brad can control at the office using his @tobii_dynavox TD Pilot eye-Tracking device! Each student has their own AAC device to communicate and interact with the world. It was extremely heartwarming watching their eyes light up as Brad jokingly locked one of his first teachers out of the office, mopped the office floor, turned off all the lights and played some video games all by using his eye-tracking device! 👀 "It was amazing showing the kids all the life changing devices I can control! It made my day!!" - Brad We set the kids up with adaptive switches to control toys and play some Xbox games!! This was a very special day for us! It reaffirmed our mission with All Access Life and made us proud of how far we've come!
