kenapa kata ‘sabar ya’ kadang ga ngebantu? 1. nih yg pertama, kedengerannya kayak disuruh kuat sekarang juga. bayangin org lagi hancur, emosinya lagi penuh, terus dibilang ‘sabar’ itu kayak dituntut langsung tenang. padahal dia lagi butuh dipahami dulu, bukan diarahin. 2. terasa kayak perasaannya dikecilin. seolah olah, ‘yaudah sih, sabar aja’. padahal buat dia itu berat bgtt. jadi bukannya tenang eh malah ngerasa ga dimengerti. 3. udah terlalu umum, jadi terasa kosong. kata ‘sabar ya’ itu semua org juga bilang. ga spesifik, ga personal, jadi gak yg bener” nyampe ke hati. 4. dia belum sampe di fase sabar. sabar itu tahap lanjut. pas org masih di fase sedih atay marah, dia butuh ditemenin dulu, bukan langsung disuruh nerima. 🗣️: jadi harus bilang apaa?? okey, fokusnya bukan bikin dia langsung kuat, tapi bikin dia ngerasa ga sendirian. kalimatnya yg lebih kena kyk: • ‘pasti berat ya..’ • ‘aku ngerti ini ga gampang buat kamu’ • ‘cerita aja kalo kamu mau, aku dengerin kok’ • ‘aku di sini ya, ga kemana mana’ • gapapa kok kalo kamu lagi ngerasa kayak gini’ #ruangyaya #feelings #about #psychology #fypage
