Americans gave REPUBLICANS a mandate last November! Republicans need to get to work and actually deliver on the AMERICA FIRST agenda that this country voted for!! I got out and pushed the train up the f***ing mountain to keep the MAGA movement alive when other Republicans turned their backs on Trump!!! The America LASTERS taking over our party are in for a rude awakening in 2026 and 2028!!! People will NOT tolerate it, we are NOT going back!!!

It’s been 11 days since my mom’s house along with so many others were lost in the Eaton and LA fires and here’s a few things I’ve been reflecting on and wanted to share: 1. Community is actually everything and the way it’s showing up right now is f*ing beautiful. Helping is healing both ways. Receiving and giving ❤️‍🩹. 2. Support our restaurant industry! 🙏 Restaurants are feeding so many displaced people and front line workers and yet they need our help too. In person restaurant traffic is down 60% in some restaurants. ORDER IN, EAT OUT, DONATE TO THEIR VENMOs so they can keep helping others. (Reference @eater_la LA guides for lists of restaurants you can donate to if you aren’t in LA) 3. If you’re thinking about canceling an LA event or a production, DONT! There’s so many service industry workers and crews who get affected every time someone cancels from the valet to housekeeping, gardeners, florists, catering companies. Let’s keep this city thriving by keeping the money flowing. ✨(thank u @thealist.us for this reminder!) 4. As care givers and people that love to help, I’m having to get reminded by my loved ones to also take a break to reset and refuel the personal engine. Fill your cup however you need to (i had sushi and bought a bra 😅) oxygen mask on first. 5. This is going to be a long haul rebuilding effort. If you feel exhausted, take a break and don’t feel guilty about it. ❤️‍🩹

@joerogan and @russellcrowe point out the obvious, “The person that's actually in office is saying what she's going to do if she gets in office….She's been in there for three f%%%ing years.” For every promise Kamala makes using vague rhetoric or poor policy proposals—whether securing the border, lowering food prices, or saving working families—the central question remains: “Why haven’t you already done it?” Kamala has been Vice President of the Biden-Harris Administration for 3 1/2 years, as someone Biden can rely on for unvarnished advice before making big decisions. Now that Biden is checked out on a beach, she’s effectively running the country. Harris has had an entire administration to work with the president and Congress to implement the very policies she’s now campaigning on. So what is she waiting for?

Today was huge. It was huge for Dads. 👶🏼 and I went to @ukparliament to talk with @workingfamuk about making shared parental leave and flexible working actually WORK for men. I’m exhausted by the flexible working conversation always centre-ing on women and pregnancy. Gone are the hapless Dad tropes of a Mad Men era. Men parent, too. And without the bulk of childcare being equal, the gender pay gap will continue widening. Bottom line: it’s not emasculating asking for flexible working or shared parental leave. It’s not emasculating caring for your own child. And most men I speak to WANT to work flexibly but aren’t allowed. Companies step up 👆🏻 #flexappeal

PSA: TAG YOUR F***ING GLAM TEAM! I’ve noticed so many celebs not tagging their glam team OR tagging them in the second swipe, or LAST… don’t even get me started. I shouldn’t have to dig to find out who does your hair and makeup. It’s actually sad that you care that much about a little black dot. It’s actually rude. This is just me advocating for fellow glam people out there. Luckily I have the pleasure of working with people who support the craft. BUT If you’re a hair stylist, makeup artist, stylist, nail tech, spray tan artist, or photographer, DO NOT be afraid to call out the artist you are working with or ask for a tag. You can do it in a professional way, or make a joke out of it, you can even ask mgmt or a publicist to call it out BUT don’t let these up and coming artists get in the way of growing your audience. We all grow together and they would NOT look the way they look on those red carpets without you and the team. CELEBRITIES, MUSICIANS, ACTORS, INFLUENCERS, even you D-LISTERS, thank them by tagging them. Trust me, they deserve it. This industry is making it harder and harder to make money. Tagging them is showing your support. PLEASE AND THANK YOU! 🩵

At least they didn’t call me… -slow -mean -judgmental -unwelcoming -boring -inarticulate -and 1000s of other things that actually matter to me Unrealistic beauty standards are so frustrating—it’s okay to be human, to be imperfect, to look like you’re working hard when you’re running f***ing 4min/mile pace. And also, appearance is not indicative of who you are or what you have to offer the world—you’re so much more 🫶 P.S. before this post I had no idea what chopped cheese even meant lol 😂

F#$%ing insane and freaky chopper ride in Antarctica: mountains, glaciers, desert (the Dry Valleys are the biggest desert on Earth), frozen sea, even frozen-windswept-waves. Just because someone sounds confident doesn’t mean they actually know what they’re doing. A 3 day course shouldnt be enough to make you confident to put a needle in someone’s face. This is not just makeup or skincare we’re talking injections and serious ing procedures that carry real risks. peoples faces. When someone doesn’t understand the anatomy, complications can happen. From infections to permanent damage, it’s not worth the gamble. If you’re considering aesthetic work, please, do your homework. 🚨 Work Life Balance … ing! 🚨 It’s ongoing! I have come to the conclusion that it doesn’t actually exists. But today I didn’t work! I just did family.🖤 But everything comes at a cost! Ultimately if you want to go full tilt with your career. It’ll be to the detriment of your family and friends. It’s a trade off and that’s ok! If it’s ok with you. Likewise if you want to stay at home and do family all the time. Check your bank balance or assess the spread sheet of life. I bet you shelved some of your own personal goals. Success is subjective but sacrifices are constant. Check the T & C’s on your life contract!!! Work life balance doesn’t exist! The Balance is within you.
