AVOCADO NOODLES WITH LECHON @adelashawaii Adelas is a Kaneohe, Hawaii staple. They make homemade noodles from fresh ingredients such as moringa, avocado, ulu, taro, Okinawa sweet potato, and more! Expect to wait 45min-1hr for your food to be ready at this take out wonder, but it is totally worth it. They call you when your food is ready so you can even go home or run an errand while you wait! When you go, you pick a noodle first, then a sauce, then a meat. I always vet the avocado noodles with florentine sauce and lechon (pork belly). And they have way more than just fresh delicious pasta! (But that's my ultimate favorite and what they are known for!) Not to mention Auntie Millie that runs the front of house is the sweetest human to ever grace this beautiful island! GO TO @adelashawaii next time you visit Oahu!
