🎉 Inspiring Day at the November Learning Circle Session on Monday, 18 November 2024! 🎉 The Lifelong Institute (LLI) was buzzing with energy as we welcomed 180 Pro-FLAiRs, FLAiR advocates, MOE and AECES staff to our November Learning Circle! The day was filled with learning, laughter, hope and appreciation. We kicked things off with a heartwarming "Strolling Down Memory Lane" video montage and an inspiring opening address by MOE Director Ms. Geraldine See. Our "Happy Me, Happy Pro-FLAiR" workshop equipped everyone with valuable Social Emotional Learning (SEL) strategies to manage stress and emotions. 🧘‍♀️ Our very own talented Pro-FLAiRs put on a fantastic "Swimmy" skit, bringing the story to life! 🎭 We celebrated children's creativity and expressed our gratitude to FLAiR advocates with heartwarming video montages. And of course, no Learning Circle is complete without delicious hi-tea and a fun lucky draw! 🎁 Thank you to everyone who made this event such a success! NO LEAS SI NO QUERES UN CAMBIO FISICO 👇🏿 Muchas veces buscamos el plan perfecto Y como dice james clear no nos elevamos a nuestras metas Sino que descendemos a los sistemas. Los sistemas son nuestros habitos. Aeces pensamos que necesitamos hacer mas Cuando simplemente tenemos que hacer lo mismo durante un tiempo mas prolongado Un 1% mejor todos los dias en un año es 38 veces mejor. Enfocate en las bases y sostenelas ( te juro que vas a tener resultados ) 👉🏼entrenamiento de fuerza 3/4 veces por semana 👉🏼cantidad y calidad de alimentos que necesites 👉🏼7/9hs de sueño de calidad 👉🏼actividad diaria El problema es que cuesta sostener esto en el tiempo por que no tenemos un sistema ordenado para lograrlo. Y por que NO vemos resultados. Si queres que vea tu caso personal para generar habitos y obviamente tener mas resultados ⭐️Mandame la palabra: "HABITO" y te ayudo a implementar el sistema #dieta #gym #fit
