This is very disappointing... Well, this isn’t good news for Athletic Greens. Turns out their powder isn’t as effective as advertised, and the problem runs deeper than you think. Here’s what happened and how it affects your health every day... AG1 claims to be the all-in-one scoop of vitamins, minerals, and probiotics that supports whole body health. And if you look at the ingredient list, it’s impressive. But, unfortunately many of the ingredients are included in amounts far below their clinically effective doses. They make for a flashy product label but won’t make a real impact on your health. Even worse, the company doesn’t even disclose the amounts used for 49 of their 75 ingredients. In other words, you won’t know how much you’re getting of a given ingredient. But the problem isn’t just with AG1. Many supplements use trace amounts to keep their costs down while giving the company something trendy to market.
