Sometimes that feeling won't be as present, but you can often tell when you're starting to feel regressed. . Feeling uncomfortable during seggual situations can be a symptoms of a lot of things, but is also majorly part of age regression, due to your brain feeling physically younger in the moment, and any adult behavior, or being too exposed, feels wrong and scary. . It happens involuntarily, and can be hard to suppress at times. . Age regression is a coping mechanism that occurs after a trauma, or alongside disorders such as autism or BPD. . These symptoms are mostly all also experienced with autism, and that is because age regression is a very common thing in autism! People with autism are usually naturally more regressed in the mind, considering our frontal lobes (and brains overall) are not developed the same as our neurotypical peers. .
