Republic Airways has completed its move to a new $200 million corporate headquarters and training campus in Carmel, Indiana, consolidating operations at 126th Street and U.S. 31 within the Meridian Corporate Corridor. The campus integrates the airline’s corporate leadership with its training subsidiary, LIFT Academy, supporting workforce development amid ongoing pilot shortages. The facility includes a 122,000-square-foot office building and a 105,000-square-foot training center equipped with eight full-motion flight simulators and classrooms. An expanded Hampton Inn and parking garage support visiting crews and staff. Approximately 2,000 employees and trainees work on-site daily. By physically linking its proprietary flight school with corporate functions, Republic Airways aims to streamline pilot training and maintain operational readiness for partners such as American Eagle, Delta Connection, and United Express.
