Ingredients are: 2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp turmeric 2 tsp apple cider vinegar 2 cups full fat coconut milk 1/4 cup tapioca starch + 2 TBSP water Add 1/4 tsp paprika Dash of chipotle seasoning But omit this two ingredients for AIP Check out the recipe for more details. 😊 its called dairy free cheese. My TRAVEL ESSENTIALS Save this for next time you travel 🧳 1- HERBAL TEA - i always carry a supply of tea bags. Great way to stay hydrated and also get some antioxidants and plant points. 2- Travel Mug - this way I can get more liquid than a normal cup plus it’s plastic free. I have this refilled with hot water throughout the flight and add different herbal teas to it 3- COLLAGEN & FIBRe - collagen is a tasteless protein you can add to any drink or meal to increase protein and support blood sugar levels. Fibre can slow the release of sugar into the blood stream ans help keep you fuller for longer whilst also supporting the microbiome 4- Manuka honey lozenges. Great way to soothe the throat and also get many antibacterial and antiviral benefits. These are the two I like as they have zero sugar added. Just Manuka honey. 5 - I always travel with my senate as it’s calming for the nervous system. Also love the bee calm and homeopathy. 6 - the Dreem balm I rub into my shoulder, neck, head if I get any pain and it’s magic. Also love frankincense and lavender for their calming effects 7- always snack up on some healthy blood sugar balanced snacks as you don’t know what is going to be available to you when you travel. Here I have some dark chocolate, nuts, seeds and protein bar. I also mare some flax muffins which is took with me too. I usually also carry a scarf and socks as I get cold.
