I LOVE how imperfect it looks! . How to style: - started with @unite_hair 7SECONDS Detangler, the holy grail of all detanglers - rough dry 90% of the way - separate hair in half - add @unite_hair Elevate Mousse to rough dried hair right before you’re about to curl the section - use 1.2 barrel for all bottom curls (traditional technique here) - for the next section take all the hair except for the fringe and add mousse. Then, take the 1.6 barrel and curl manually by wrapping the hair around the barrel from the top down. - for the fringe, add mousse and then switch to the round brush. Tip with the round brush: make sure you go through enough times to get the hair 99% dry, then slowly rotate the brush as you twist the hair more and more around the handle of the airwrap. Follow for in-depth hair tutorials 🤍 How to get that old Hollywood blowout using the @dysonbeauty airwrap round brush attachment and rollers: - start with damp hair - add @unite_hair Boosta volumizing spray in sections on roots first and then on ends - add @oribe heat styling shield from root to tip and comb through - rough dry with the dryer attachment until about 90-95% dry. It’s very important that the hair is more dry than damp so that you only need to use the round brush for STYLING rather than to fully dry the hair. - section hair into three layers. Starting with the top layer (working from the crown of the head to your fringe), round brush away from your face, keeping the brush horizontal as you curl toward the back of your head. Heat for 20-30 seconds. No cool shot. - To release, hold the top of your hair with one hand and pretend like you’re drawing circles in the air with the brush. This should result in a clean, tangle-free curl! - Hold curl in place with @mykitsch thermal rollers. I used the smaller sizes for the fringe. I have to admit, it took me a second to figure out how to use the Airwrap because I have such straight hair, but I have to say it works with the right approach , right products and a little bit of practice…haha.
