Wooo Pig Sooie! 🐗 Our sophomores, juniors, and seniors got to see what University of Arkansas is all about on their recent NWA trip! They started with a delicious lunch provided by the university at the Fulbright Dining Hall followed by a presentation about the school's many offerings from an admissions counselor, a guided campus tour by some current students, and a meeting with the Center for Educational Access on campus to learn about how to request and receive educational accommodations should they choose to pursue an education there! It was a gorgeous day to see the campus, and we are so thankful for the opportunity to partner with U of A to give our students a glimpse into an awesome option to further their education after ARDB! #AccessibilityVD: A video montage shows ARDB students touring the University of Arkansas campus, with both schools' logos shown on the first video clip of students in a crosswalk. Alfeld ist ein Mittelzentrum mit besonderen Herausforderungen. Obendrein ist es dort aber sehr schön und viele Menschen wollen hier alt werden. Wird das Gesundheitssystem dem gerecht? Ich denke nein. Hier müssen alle an einen Tisch, um das Beste für die Menschen zu entwickeln. Alfeld hat wenig direkte Verbindungen in die Kreisstadt, der ÖPNV hat hier noch viel Luft nach oben. Viele Menschen sind aber darauf angewiesen, dass dieser Verkehr klappt. Wir müssen hier Lücken schließen, um den Standort Alfeld attraktiver zu machen. Grün im Dialog heißt das Format der Alfelder Grünen @gruene_alfeld . Am Dienstag war Bürgermeisterkandidat Thorsten Dinkela @thorsten.dinkela der Haupt-Act. Im Dialog mit Markus Riese @markusriese1980 stellte er sich und seine Ideen für die nächste Amtszeit vor. Mir wurde schnell klar: er ist der Richtige für Alfeld.
