Bu arkadaşlarımız gazeteci, iş insanı, avukat, öğretim üyesi, aktivist dostlarımız ve tümü hukuka aykırı bir biçimde, Anayasaya aykırı bir biçimde, Avrupa İnsan Hakları Sözleşmesine aykırı bir biçimde maalesef cezaevinde tutuluyorlar. Alican Uludağ ile ilgili olarak biz başından beri ifade ettik; neden soruşturma İstanbul'da yapılıyor? Neden Ankara'dan buraya getirildi? Nitekim iddianame yazıldı, mahkeme sonuçta 'ben yetkili değilim' dedi ve dosyanın Ankara'ya gönderilmesine karar verdi. Yani tamamen hukuka aykırı bir biçimde cezaevinde. Merdan Yanardağ ile ilgili olarak açılan dava tamamen delilsiz, saçma sapan iddialarla dolu. Böyle bir ortamda cezaevinde tutuluyor ve Tele1'e el konuldu, şimdi yağmalanacak. TMSF satışa çıkarmış. Osman Kavala iki AİHM kararı var tahliye edilmedi. Üçüncüsüne beraber gittik, avukatlarıyla beraber gittik. AİHM'e gittik, Büyük Daire önünde. Yakında karar açıklanır ama kendisi sekiz yıldan fazladır ceza. Can Atalay, Milletvekili. Anayasa Mahkemesi kararı var. Anayasa Mahkemesi kararı uygulanmadı. Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi Anayasaya aykırı davrandı ve kendisi cezaevinde. Tayfun Kahraman, Anayasa Mahkemesi karar verdi; 'Adil yargılanmamış' dedi. Mahkeme kararında direndi. Tahliye etmedi. Bir daha Anayasa Mahkemesine başvurdu. Anayasa Mahkemesi kısa kararını açıkladı. Oy birliğiyle, 'Anayasa Mahkemesine, kararına uyulmamış olmasını Anayasa'ya aykırı' gördü. 5 ayrı vakada tamamen bu hükümet, bu hükümete bağlı yargı; Anayasayı, Avrupa İnsan Hakları Sözleşmesini tümünü ayaklar altına aldı. Anayasasız, hukuksuz, adaletsiz bir düzende yaşıyoruz ve arkadaşlarımız yıllardır hapiste. Size söz veriyoruz; cesaretimizle, mücadelemizle bu düzeni değiştireceğiz; demokratik yollardan değiştireceğiz.
