I first came across these seeds in @rujuta.diwekar video a few years ago, and more recently, my nutritionist @shinysurendran recommended them. I’ve been eating Halim seed ladoos for the past three months, and trust me—the difference in my skin and hair texture has been incredible. They’re so easy to make with basic ingredients. I use dry coconut for better shelf life, and yes, you’ll need to store these ladoos in the refrigerator. One batch makes about 20-24 ladoos—perfect for a month! Aliv ladoo Recipe - Ingredients - Aliv seeds - 3/4 cup Coconut water - 1 cup Ghee - 1/4 cup Jaggery - 1.5 cup Chopped Almonds - 1/3 cup Dessicated coconut - 1/2 cup Cardamom powder - 1 tsp Method - 1. Start by soaking the aliv seeds in coconut water and keep it aside for half n hour 2. Then, in a pan add in ghee, jaggery and stir it well until it melts 3.Then add in the soaked aliv seeds and mix it all well 4. Finally add in chopped almonds, grated dry coconut, cardamom and cook till it all comes together and leaves the sides of the pan 5.Then transfer the mixture in a plate and start rolling them into ladoos while they are hot 6. 🧪3 months ago I told you all that I would report back if garden cress seeds helped with quicker hair growth and boyyyy did it deliver! Also called aliv seeds or halim seeds these superfoods are a rich source of iron, folic acid, Vitamin E and Vitamin A - all fabulous for healthy hair growth! . Soak the seeds in water for about 2 hours. Start with only 10-15 seeds for your first week and then slowly increase the qty to 1 tsp. Strain and have the seeds with a few sips of milk (I use almond milk but you can use regular full fat milk) The seeds need to be consumed along with a healthy fat source so you can pick your own. . I’m waiting for you all to try this and report back to me…you’ll see the difference in your hair quality within 6-8 weeks if you have this everyday…I promise. .
