I would not personally lower off an anchor configured like this one. It’s not because of a safety issue… it’s because lowering would most likely result in significant rope kinks and you’d probably end up tossing your rope soon after out of pure frustration. The lowering carabiners should be pretty much right next to each other to not cause rope kinking. I don’t know why these bolts were placed so far apart when first installed. #anchors #anchorhardware #climbinganchors
