Not reacting isn’t a weakness. ㅤ Sometimes it’s the strongest move in the room. ㅤ When you choose not to match someone’s tone, escalate, or defend yourself, the dynamic changes. ㅤ Not because you controlled them, but because you controlled yourself. ㅤ This short explores what shifts when you stop taking the bait…and start holding your ground instead.

Ever been belitted? I was! I learnt this technique over 15 years ago when I was doing my PhD and... NOW...I use it ALL the time. The first time I used the advice was a GOLDEN. It worked 🙌 Her eyes widened & it was like she had been dazzled by a bright light. She fumbled her words. I now had the power! 🫶 Technique: When someone says something hurtful to you, make them say it again. Say, "sorry, I didn't catch that - what did you say?" When you do this, you're delaying the gratification they get by getting a reaction out of you. When they have to repeat themselves, you're taking the fun out of it. Then hold up a mirror. Ask them why did you say that? Something like "What do you mean by that?" When you ask them to share their intentions. They'll start to backtrack - because they don't want to admit they were trying to knock you down. Try it & let me know what happened!!

If you have to argue yourself into staying somewhere, pay attention. If you’re constantly explaining someone’s behavior in your own head, pay attention. Aligned choices don’t require convincing. They feel steady. If you’re negotiating with yourself right now, that’s information. If this feels like you, DM me align. We’ll start there.

Over-giving isn’t love. It’s anxious attachment. You pick avoidant men. You give more. He pulls away. The more you chase, the less he chooses. Stop auditioning. Start attracting. Comment MAGNETIC if you’re ready to stop the pattern. 👑✨

“Why do I always attract people who take advantage of me?”

“Why do I always attract people who take advantage of me?” Because over-givers look like a blessing to takers. When you: • anticipate everyone’s needs • fix before being asked • smooth tension before it rises • carry emotional weight quietly You don’t look weak. You look capable. You look reliable. You look like someone who will handle it. And that’s exactly who takers look for. Over-giving isn’t just a relationship issue. It’s a business and income issue. When you over-function: • you under-price • you over-deliver • you hesitate to enforce boundaries • you carry clients, teams, family And then you wonder why you’re exhausted… why income feels harder than it should… why everything depends on you. It’s not because you’re naive. It’s because you trained people to expect you to carry it. You don’t attract takers because you’re unlucky. You attract them because your nervous system feels safe being the strong one. And the shift isn’t becoming cold. It’s becoming precise. 👉 Take my quiz and see what’s quietly driving your overworking. #overworking #overfunctioning #overfunctioningwoman #workingharder #immigrantbusinessowner

#distracted If you’re a woman, you likely struggle with distracted #focus. Just Like Magda, most women are doing and thinking too much all at once…getting almost nothing done. That’s diffused awareness! Does that remind you of someone? Tag them in comments. I help ambitious women who are Ready to Break Free from this pattern, fix this problem for good.
