🐍Learning Python with AI 🔸️In this class, we're training students to learn Python faster with AI collaboration! 🔸️Here, Aidan uses ChatGPT to recreate a version of the classic arcade game Asteroids. 🔸️This is Aidan's 12th day of Python programming. 🔸️"But WAIT, if students don't learn procedural and syntax fundamentals, they'll never be able to troubleshoot their own code!" 🔸️Yes. I agree with you. I'm teaching them the basics and not overlooking the critical fundamentals. You're right. 🔸️Also, it's important to show them the capabilities offered through collaborating with a powerful tool and how to use it as a learning aid, ather than a shortcut. This is critical! @cvcc.va @a3_automate 🔸️Do you think programming is still a valuable skill given modern technology?

STOP scrolling if you're learning Python 😳🔥 These Python LIST METHODS are used in almost every project 💻 👉 append() – add item 👉 extend() – add multiple 👉 insert() – add at position 👉 remove() – delete item 👉 pop() – remove last 👉 sort() – arrange 👉 reverse() – flip list 👉 count() – count items 👉 index() – find position 💡 Master these = Strong Python basics 📌 Save this post for later ❤️ Like & Share with friends 👉 Follow @CodeWithSiree for daily coding content 🚀 #reelstrending #instalove #studygram #reelsvideo #follows

Coding an ASL learning app (part 1). The main reason I love coding is I can bring any idea into life - but that doesn’t mean some tasks can be tedious and take the longest time. This is where I use AI assistants like Amazon Q Developer to help “delegate” some of that work. And it’s free 😌 so you can try it too. @amazonwebservices #AWSPartner Model is linked in my bio and the full app is coming soon 🥳 here’s the current initial flow: 1️⃣ App fetches video and word/phrase every day from ASL (American Sign Language) dictionary and checks for variants in phrases. The video for example, shows the signs for “I love you” but also explains the different ways to sign it and displays a breakdown of what each sign represents (also fetched from the ASL dictionary) 2️⃣ User goes to Practice section where webcam + model is launched and starts detecting hand gestures. If the gesture matches the word/phrase of the day, it logs it as successfully learned 3️⃣ App refreshes with new phrase daily It’s extremely simple as I only worked on it for a couple hours lol, here are things I haven’t added but would like to: - simple access to word bank (see all words learned) - point/goal system - notification system Let me know what you think and what else we should add to it :) Byeee xx . . #ad #womenintech #programming #programacion #programacao #coder #latinasintech #swe #setup #coding #app #compsci
