J'ai choisi de faire cette vidéo 📹 (en mode vlogger) du séminaire de la fin du #Projet MEET AFRICA 2 #MA2, pour partager mes #réflexions sur ce projet : 🎯 2ans & demi d'aventure humaine & entrepreneuriale à travers 5 pays d'Afrique. Plus de 70 partenaires institutionnels, 130 emplois créés, 5 000 personnes formées et 140 entrepreneurs accompagnés ! Bien sûr, le chemin n'a pas toujours été lisse 😅. Il y a eu des moments de stress intense, d'obstacles & de brouillard... mais nous avons fait preuve de #résilience dans des contextes de projets #VICA (Volatile, Incertain, Complexe, & Ambigue). Pour moi, #MA2 m'a permis de maîtriser l'art de naviguer entre le double-espace Afrique-Europe. Ça a forgé mon #caractère, aiguisé mes #management-skills & je me suis épanouie dans ce boulot avec des équipes multiculturelles.
