It’s here! 😍 My Jacobean Crewelwork kit from @royalneedlework has arrived! 🧵 This online class is taught by Expert Tutor Debra Wilding @stitchandcosomerset and is self-paced which is fantastic for my schedule because I work full time. 🪡 Crewelwork is one of the earliest forms of surface stitching using crewel wool on linen. I use linen a lot with my own embroidery patterns, but I’m excited to try some new stitches and techniques with this course. 📝 Exotic flora and fauna inspired the design of Jacobean Crewelwork in the 17th century.
