He warned that it would be a “scandal” not only to fail in the common mission of making Christ known, but also to stop working to overcome divisions, “no matter how intractable they may appear.”

Today, Archbishop John Wilson and his brother bishops of England and Wales are praying before the Lord Jesus in Eucharistic adoration for the Dignity of Life. Every life belongs to God, who calls us, just as he called his disciples, to watch and pray (Matthew 26:41). In the face of threats to human life, including assisted suicide and abortion, we turn to the Lord Jesus, truly present in the Blessed Sacrament, who is our hope. As Archbishop John reminds us: "All human life is sacred, all human life is wanted, all human life is loved”. Please remember these words as you come before Christ in prayer 🙏 #catholicprayer #catholicchurch #catholicfaith #catholiclife #EucharisticAdoration

We join Pope Leo XIV today in praying the Holy Rosary for peace. As Archbishop John Wilson has said, “in the face of war, God demands peace” and "in our divided world, we can only find unity through the Lord Jesus – our Saviour and our Prince of Peace" Each rosary begins with the Sign of the Cross and the Apostles' Creed. Here we open our hearts to peace by proclaiming our faith and putting our trust in God’s love and mercy. It is His love and mercy alone that is the source of true and lasting peace. Lord Jesus Christ, Prince of Peace, have mercy on us 🙏 Our Lady, Queen of Peace, pray for us 🙏 #catholicprayer #catholicfaith #catholicchurch #rosary #RosaryPrayer
