As warm water activates the steamer, aromatic compounds are released into the rising steam and dispersed into the air. Inhalation is one of the most effective ways to experience essential oils, turning an ordinary shower into an intentional ritual that supports clarity, relaxation, energy, or rest depending on the blend you choose. This recipe serves as a customizable base. Adjust the essential oil blend to match your needs, and add natural color for a beautiful, gift-ready finish. In this video, we are making the Immune Support version with Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, and Peppermint for a crisp, fresh, open breathing experience. Aromatherapy Shower Steamers
A customizable base recipe for everyday wellness rituals. Base Ingredients
• 1 cup Baking Soda
• 1/2 cup Citric Acid
• 1 Tbsp Natural Color such as mica powder
• 1 Tbsp Arrowroot Powder or Cornstarch optional
• 1 tsp Grain Alcohol in a fine mist spray bottle
• 1 to 2 tsp Water in the same spray bottle
• 25 to 35 drops total Essential Oils Immune Support Blend
• 12 drops Tea Tree
• 8 drops Eucalyptus
• 8 drops Peppermint Other Blend Ideas Focus
• Rosemary, Peppermint, Lemon Relaxation
• Lavender, Bergamot, Frankincense Sleep
• Lavender, Cedarwood, Sweet Orange Directions 1. Combine baking soda, citric acid, natural color, and arrowroot powder if using. 2. Add essential oils and mix thoroughly. 3. Lightly mist with alcohol and water, stirring between sprays. 4. Stop when the mixture resembles damp sand and holds its shape without fizzing. 5. Press firmly into molds. 6. Let dry 12 to 24 hours. 7. Store airtight away from humidity. To Use

On a mission to find you a cheap home method for extracting essential oil from rosemary or other herbs! This was the upside down pot lid method which does seem to work but yield is low. But for many people, it can disrupt the skin’s natural pH and cause irritation. The underarm is delicate skin with its own microbiome. Instead of forcing alkalinity, I prefer to support balance using botanical antimicrobials like turmeric, geranium, and lavender. Gentle. Effective. Rooted in respect for the body. Tubes (4.6 oz total) Oil Phase •2.6 oz Black + Green Turmeric Sesame infusion •1.0 oz Coconut oil •0.75 oz Candelilla wax Add: 0.5% Vitamin E (if you have it) That extends shelf life nicely. Powder Phase •0.25 oz Tapioca starch Essential Oils (1.5–2%) ~45 drops total Geranium – 18 Lavender – 20 Tea Tree – 7 That keeps: • Antimicrobial power • Skin gentleness • A softer scent Total ≈ 44–46 drops (still ~1.5–2% dilution) Method 1. Melt candelilla wax (low heat). 2. Add turmeric infusion + coconut oil. 3. Stir until fully melted and uniform. 4. Remove from heat. 5. Whisk in tapioca starch thoroughly. 6. Let cool slightly (warm but not hot). 7. Add essential oils. 8. Pour immediately into tubes. 9.
