More than 80 dogs living in squalor were rescued from a home in Brooklyn where one of two women that lived there was found dead. Police responded to the residence located at 27-80 E 66th St. in Mill Basin where they found the 73-year-old woman's body along with the dogs. The home had no electricity and authorities believe the heat wave may have been a factor in the woman's death.
