Atole de elote amarillo, una receta para preparar y consentir a todos en casa. 🌽 Ingredientes: 1 taza de agua 2 ramas de canela ⅔ taza de azúcar 4 tazas de elotes amarillos 1 litro de leche 1 cucharada de fécula de maíz Preparación: En una olla agrega el agua, canela y azúcar, calienta hasta disolver. Agrega a la licuadora 3 tazas de elote y la mitad de la leche, procesa y reserva. Añade a la olla el resto de la leche, 1 taza de granos de elote, cuela y vierte el contenido de la licuadora. Cocina por 20 a 30 minutos. A la mitad de la cocción, agrega una cucharada de fécula de maíz disuelta en agua, si deseas una consistencia más espesa. No dejes de mezclar hasta obtener la consistencia que prefieras. Sirve caliente. . #receta #delicioso #atole #atoledeelote

Simmer for 5 minutes. In a separate medium pot, add remaining 2 cups of water, add rice and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked. In a blender, combine the cooked rice with whole milk until smooth. Pour the rice mixture into the pot containing cinnamon water. Add the can of Carnation Evaporated Milk, 1/4 cup of sugar and ABUELITA™ Granulated Chocolate Drink Mix . Simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat and stir in vanilla extract. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired, stirring to dissolve any additional sugar. Serve and enjoy! Note: If desired, add another cup of milk for a thinner consistency

Atole de Fresas para estar calientitos 💙 🍓 Cremoso, dulcecito y delicioso! Ingredients 1lb fresh strawberries, cut in half (can also use defrosted frozen strawberries) 2c water, divided ⅓ c granulated sugar ⅓ c La Lechera, plus more to taste 1 cinnamon stick 3 Tbsp cornstarch 1 12oz can Carnation Evaporated Milk 2c milk 1 tsp vanilla extract Sliced strawberries (optional for garnish) How to make strawberry atole: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add strawberries, sugar, 1c of water, and cinnamon stick. Cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes until the strawberries are soft and juicy. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly for 15 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick, and blend the strawberry mixture in a blender until smooth. Set aside. Dissolve the cornstarch in the remaining cup of water and set aside. In a large stockpot over medium heat add Carnation Evaporated Milk and milk. Bring to a simmer. Add La Lechera sweetened condensed milk and the strawberry mixture. Stir to combine. Add the cornstarch mixture and bring to a strong simmer while stirring constantly for 4-5 minutes until the mixture is thickened. Stir in the vanilla once the mixture is thickened. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary with more La Lechera. Spoon into mugs, garnish with sliced strawberries, and enjoy! #lalechera #atoledefresa #atole #recetafacil

#RecetasDeli | 😋 El #atole es una bebida tradicional mexicana que a todos nos encanta, y no se diga si es de chocolate, guarda esta receta para disfrutar en estos últimos días de frío que nos quedan. 🍫 🍫 Ingredientes: ● 2 tazas de agua ● 2 tazas de leche ● 30 gr de piloncillo ● 2 tablillas de chocolate oaxaqueño ● 1 raja de canela ● 1 pieza de anís estrella ● 1 cucharadita de cardamomo en polvo ● 2 cucharaditas de esencia de vainilla ● ½ taza de masa de maíz ● 1 ½ taza de agua 🍫 Preparación: 1. Lo primero que debes de hacer es en una olla agregar: agua, leche, piloncillo, tablillas de chocolate oaxaqueño, canela, anís estrella, cardamomo y esencia de vainilla. Calienta a fuego medio hasta que el chocolate y el piloncillo estén totalmente disueltos. 2. Mientras tanto, en un bowl disuelve la masa de maíz con agua. 3.
