⚠️TW seizure activity ⚠️ This is what my seizures nowadays look like. And the pattern of it seems to be the same. 1. Aura symptoms (for me it’s dissociation and ”feeling weird”) 2. Few absent seizures Start of a grand mal: - stiffening of muscles = tonic phase - head and body jerks = clonic - relaxing of muscles = atonic Keep in mind that atonic does not mean the seizure is over. Even tho it may seem like it. 😵‍💫 This seems to be the pattern for me. Sometimes this pattern starts over and over again meaning it’s going to be a longer seizure. But usually my seizures lasts between 15-30 minutes. There has been rare cases that my seizures/cluster of seizures has lasted more than four hours. But that is very very rare!
