Just some random ATVing with the Family along the Chocolate Hills in Bohol. We opted for no rain jackets and got suitably muddy. Rewarding, but called for an extra laundry day. Also - next time suntan lotion would be a good idea. We are having a lot of fun experimenting with the @insta360 8K camera during this trip! Use the gear 📷📷📷 ⬇️ Cameras are meant to be used, and are surprisingly durable and can handle the elements better than you might think. The goal for this shoot was to get a rainy day ATVing around Whistler and boy was it a rainy one. A full atmospheric river had it down pouring the entire day. It gave us the perfect mood and is a fully different experience than being out in the sun. At the end of the day I really wanted to get a super close up shot of the water coming over me. The only way to do that is be in the line of fire and actually have the water come over you. I have a custom made rain cover for my camera that I sewed out of an old jacket. The only thing that is exposed is the front of the lens and the view finder so I can look through. To get dynamic shots be in the mix, get in close, but also be smart. You don’t need to damage something on purpose, but also don’t be worried about something breaking. #atv

We had an extremely icy knik glacier trip a few weekends ago. The entire trail was one big ice chute, and even the mud on the beaches and in the sand dunes was icy! Knik never seems to disappoint, even though we had a few anxiety inducing moments on this trip. I love going out here and seeing it throughout the different times of the year, we never have the same experience twice!!
