Back Bend Mobility Flow 👇🏼 ✍🏼 The sequence goes like this… • Perform a reverse nordic curl with a back arch, extending your neck back, on the way down • Tap your head on the ground and place your hands on the ground next to your head • Prop up into a back bridge by extending your knees and pressing up with your arms • Lean forward (toward head), and extend your knees and elbows to enter a nice back bridge • Bend your knees and shift your weight back (away from your head) to start going back down into the lowest position of the reverse nordic curl • Go down until your knees touch the ground, keeping your hands on the ground (and tap your head on the ground again) • Immediately start the concentric portion of the reverse nordic curl • Press up with your arms to give yourself some momentum and keep your arms raised straight above you • Re-enter the starting (kneeling) position. 🙆🏻‍♂️ Try it out, tag me! Follow (@bepis.shit) or else - Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to fix a common toilet problem (like a toilet that won’t stop running): — **Step-by-Step: Fix a Running Toilet** **Step 1: Turn off the water** Find the small valve behind the toilet near the floor and turn it clockwise to stop the water flow. **Step 2: Remove the toilet tank lid** Lift the lid off the back tank carefully and set it aside. **Step 3: Check the flapper** The rubber flapper at the bottom of the tank might not be sealing properly. Touch it to see if it’s stuck or worn out. **Step 4: Adjust or replace the flapper** * If it’s stuck, gently move it back into place. * If it’s old or damaged, buy a new one at a hardware store and replace it (just unclip the old one and clip on the new one). **Step 5: Check the float** The float (a ball or cup that moves with water level) might be too high. That can cause water to keep running. **Step 6: Adjust the float** * If it’s a ball float, gently bend the rod downward. * If it’s a cup float, slide the clip to lower it. **Step 7: Turn the water back on** Turn the valve behind the toilet counterclockwise to let water back in. **Step 8: Test the flush** Flush the toilet and see if it stops running when the tank fills.
