PULL OVER EN POLA ALTA CON MANERALES. El Pull Over de pie en polea alta con manerales es un ejercicio de aislamiento principalmente para el dorsal ancho, pero también involucra otros músculos de la espalda y del core. Músculos principales que trabaja: • Dorsal ancho → principal objetivo, encargado de llevar los brazos hacia el cuerpo en extensión. • Redondo mayor → asiste al dorsal en el movimiento. • Pectoral mayor (porción esternal) → colabora levemente en la aducción y extensión del brazo. Músculos secundarios y estabilizadores: • Trapecio (porción media e inferior) → estabiliza la escápula. • Romboides → ayudan en la retracción escapular. • Deltoides posteriores → participan en la extensión del brazo. • Abdominales y erectores espinales → estabilizan el tronco al realizar el movimiento de pie. Pull Over en Polea con Soga 💪🏻 Ejecución: ✅ Posición inicial: • Coloca los pies al ancho de la cadera para una base estable. • Sujeta la soga con un agarre neutro y mantén una ligera inclinación del torso hacia adelante. ✅ Movimiento: 1. Brazos semi extendidos (ligera flexión en los codos) para minimizar la intervención del tríceps. 2. Descenso controlado: Baja la soga en un arco, manteniendo los codos fijos y enfocando la activación en el dorsal. 3. Ajuste de muñecas: Al final del recorrido, gira levemente las muñecas hacia afuera para una mayor activación dorsal. 4. Fuerza desde el dorsal: Evita jalar con los brazos o los bíceps; la tensión debe estar en la espalda. 5. Postura firme: Mantén la espalda recta, el abdomen contraído y el pecho ligeramente expandido para evitar compensaciones. 6. ⬇️ ANALIZZIAMO 👉🏻Questo esercizio è una variante del classico pullover, utilizzato con il cavo, anziché con il manubrio. 👉🏻L’unico lato positivo di questo esercizio che riesco a vedere, è il fatto che stai sdraiato e comodo sulla panca🤣. 👉🏻Ahimè, ci sono molti punti a sfavore, tra cui: -) Minor attivazione del gran dorsale, non solo perché il capo lungo del tricipite “ruba” gran parte del lavoro, ma anche perché la direzione del cavo riduce la resistenza. -) Set up complesso: oltre a richiedere pazienza nel setting, c’è bisogno di molto spazio per posizionare bene la panca. -) Poco rom, come vedete sia in allungamento che in accorciamento. -) Limitazione del carico (biomeccanicamente parlando). -) Non adatto a chi ha poca mobilità articolare alle spalle. ✋🏻Ok Dani..quindi COSA MI CONSIGLI? Non consiglio assolutamente di eseguire né questo e né la classica versione con il manubrio..bensì se non avete la pullover machine, consiglio di eseguire un pulldown da in piedi con una doppia corda(o meglio con la vulken) .
