February said: she doesn’t want flowers… she wants bread. 🌾🥖 And honestly? You all proved it. This month was full ovens, floured aprons, and market mornings that felt a little unreal. Week after week you showed up early, lined up for sourdough, bagels, and pastries, and somehow we kept selling out. Every. Single. Market. We were also incredibly honored to be featured in 95632 Magazine — a moment that made us pause in the middle of all the mixing and shaping and just feel grateful for this community that keeps growing with us. What started as a small, organic, Mediterranean-rooted bakery continues to turn into something bigger than bread. It’s conversations at the booth, kids carrying loaves bigger than their heads, regulars who know the drill, and new faces discovering what real sourdough tastes like. So February looked like: Sold out tables. Flour everywhere. A lot of “see you next week.” And the ongoing reminder that good bread brings people together.
