THE EASIEST BANANA BREAD!! RECIPE + MACROS 👇🏼 save and share w/ a friend 🤩 DF / GF / refined SF (I did add some grassfed butter to my slice but that’s optional ofc!) *I also have a step by step video on TikTok of this recipe :) Ingredients: • 1 scoop @truvani vanilla protein powder • 3 super ripe bananas • 1 tsp baking soda • 2 cups ground gluten free oats (pulse in blender until it’s a flour like texture) • 2 eggs • 1/4 cup maple syrup • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 cup enjoy life chocolate chips • Avocado oil spray (to grease loaf pan) Instructions: • preheat oven to 350 & spray / grease a bread loaf pan • pulse the 2 cups of GF oats into a flour like texture & set aside in a separate bowl, add everything else to the blender (besides the chocolate chips) and blend until fully incorporated • transfer gf oat flour & other wet mixture to a bowl & mix! then fold in the chocolate chips until everything is fully incorporated • pour mixture into the greased baking dish • bake at 350 for 30-35 min (knife should come out clean! I am defo a little bit late to this trend but… this 4-way tortilla hack actually works and is delicious cut a slit halfway up your tortilla (I used a pizza cutter for convenience lol), and add toppings in each of the 4 parts of the tortilla. fold according to the video, and you can eat it as it you can also toast it (which is what I did) in a toaster, a pan, or a panini press :) ENJOY
