DIY Bath Bombs Recipe✨🫧 Ingredients: • Baking soda - 250 g • Citric acid - 125 g • Cornstarch - 62 g • Epsom salt - 62 g • Carrier oil (shea butter, coconut, almond, olive, etc.) - 15 g (~1 tbsp) • Essential oil of your choice - 10-15 drops • Water - 1-2 tsp (use a spray bottle for better control) • Colorant (optional) - a few drops of water-soluble. Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: baking soda, citric acid, cornstarch, and Epsom salt. 2. In a separate container, mix the carrier oil and essential oil. 3. Slowly add the oils to the dry mixture while stirring continuously. 4. Add the colorant if using and mix well. 5. Lightly spray the mixture with water while stirring until it reaches a damp sand-like consistency (it should hold its shape when squeezed). 6. Pack the mixture firmly into molds and let them dry for 24 hours. Magnesium flakes are used for relaxing the body and soothing the muscles, which in turn relaxes the mind, as the tension softens so does your soul, which helps us get better, deeper sleep.
