Vous pouvez le faire en bilatéral, c’est-à-dire avec les deux bras, ou alors comme sur la vidéo en unilatérale donc avec un seul bras 💪 L’intérêt principal réside dans l’accentuation de l’étirement du biceps en position basse grâce à la poulie, tout en maintenant une tension ! Cela en fait un mouvement idéal pour travailler la portion longue du biceps, souvent négligée dans d’autres exercices. Vous devez avancer en gardant le bras bien derrière vous et en ayant votre épaule fixe et votre poitrine sortie pour stabiliser la position. The faceaway cable curl, or the bayesian cable curl as some people call it, has gained popularity over the past year. However, I do see a lot of people making a few common mistakes that end up hindering the stimulus on your biceps when doing this movement. Notably, you want to make sure that you take at least one step away from the cables so that your arm is going back into extension. This helps you keep resistance on the movement even when your elbows are fully extended.

Here are 3 exercises I use to build wider, fuller biceps 👇 1️⃣ Hammer Curls Dumbbells, cables, cross-body..pick your weapon. This hits the brachialis, the muscle that sits underneath your biceps and literally pushes them out from the front. More brachialis = wider arms. 2️⃣ Thumbless (Suicide Grip) Curls Barbell or dumbbells. Taking the thumb out reduces forearm involvement and shifts more tension directly onto the biceps, especially the short head. 3️⃣ Incline Dumbbell Curls This is for the long head. Go all the way down. Chase that deep stretch. Slow on the way up. Full extension every rep.
