I wanted to take a moment to speak from the heart. As a local business, we take every comment and every piece of feedback very seriously. When you run something this personal, you feel everything the good and the bad and I never want anyone to think we don’t care. We care a lot. In this video, I’m opening up about where Bistro on B really came from starting in my backyard, cooking day and night, and slowly building this dream from nothing. I put everything I had into this place because I wanted to bring something different to Saskatoon. All I’ve ever wanted is to make good food, take care of people, and create a spot this community can truly enjoy. So when feedback comes in, I listen, take it to heart, I talk to my team, I make changes when they’re needed. Not because we’re perfect, but because I truly want every single person who walks through our doors to feel welcomed and taken care of. All I ask is that you come try us for yourself.
