Beadrolling the lower door panels. These match the contour of the sills with a 15 mm spacing for clearance and door seals. The beadrolling matches the drop in the floor and the reverse fold will be the starting edge of a door pocket.

Simple clean copper grommet detail from 1/2” plumbing pipe. This is a run of buffing rakes we recently finished up and I think they turned out great. Ergonomic feel in the hands and they take old bands blades which are easy to come by as well as any sharp piece of metal really. Perfect for breaking in a new wheel or dressing an old one, this tool will look nice in any shop I think and will last a lifetime.
