Rack press. My fav strength builder for chest. Set the safety bars at the top half of the movement, and start with the weight on the bars. Each rep, release the tension in your chest so you “reset” the movement. If you keep repping and bounce off the rack that defeats the purpose. The point is to work on your power off the bars. This is a great way to go to failure with heavy weight. Helps your body get used to pressing heavy.
