Last completed round of one of our benchmark workouts. This is the first time I’ve completed the round of 10 bar muscle ups and 30 wall balls. It’s also the first time I’ve broken the wall balls up from the start…. (I just want to get through this one unbroken!) But as we preach! Break it up, before it breaks you up! A nice easy way to break it up, if you can stay unbroken on the bar muscle ups or your scaling option of either C2B pull ups, Pull ups, jumping C2B pull ups. 3 BMU, 3 sets of 3 Wall balls 4 BMU, 3 sets of 4 Wall balls 5 BMU, 3 sets of 5 Wall balls And so on, until you are unable to due to fatigue.
