And before you try any treadmills, know what features you’re most interested in (speed buttons or dial, max percent incline/decline, screen size, etc,) Rule #2: Inquire about customer service. If they don’t have good customer service, it may take a long time to get something fixed. Rule #3: Ask about warranty options. - What warranty comes with a purchase? - Are there options to extend the warranty period? - What does the warranty cover? As you guys know, we went with the Nordictrack X24 treadmill in our garage gym and we absolutely love it!!!
