O que me diz se a gravidez está evoluindo bem é o FILME, ou seja, a velocidade com que esse hormônio sobe no seu sangue. 📈 A Regra das 48 Horas: Numa gestação saudável dentro do útero, o valor do Beta HCG deve, aproximadamente, DOBRAR a cada 2 dias no início da gravidez. · Exemplo: o Segunda-feira: 100 mUI/ml o Quarta-feira: 200 mUI/ml (ou mais) ✅ -> Ótimo sinal! o Quarta-feira: 110 mUI/ml ⚠️ -> Sinal de alerta (pode ser gravidez química ou ectópica). Por isso, não adianta fazer um exame só e ficar sofrendo. O seu médico pede para repetir depois de 2 dias justamente para ver essa curva subir! It’s BETA time! Most clinics check HCG levels twice, some, like our doctor prefer a third, and we all agreed on a fourth for extra reassurance (and because, let’s be honest, we were anxious). Thankfully, Alycia is a champ when it comes to bloodwork, and she doesn’t mind it at all 🤯 The good news? HCG levels were rising really well. At this point, Alycia was already experiencing nausea, fatigue, and bloating, which can be classic early symptoms. Now, the waiting continues. There’s about a two-week stretch until our first ultrasound, which will hopefully confirm the presence of a baby and a heartbeat. Depending on your clinic, this appointment usually happens around 6–7 weeks pregnant. Our last heartbeat appointment didn’t go the way we had hoped, so these next two weeks come with anxiety, but also so much hope and excitement!
