Tried another session @bft_leicester - cardio summit. 12 different exercises, rotating around top class equipment with great music, team vibes and the only person you are competing against is yourself as you aim to keep your heart rate at 80% of max . I made the mistake of not filling in my D.O.B. properly so it defaulted to making me 31 and I was working really hard to get my heart rate where it needed to be, note to self , read the detail ! 😂 Really sociable and lots of class times. I’m getting asked about how do I find the energy and motivation to do all this stuff?
