We had SO much fun this past weekend in NYC with @solostove & @goodmorningamerica at the SOLO STOVE BACKYARD SUMMIT. Big Bert = the backyard BBQ expert, so this was the perfect event for him. Solo Stove has everything you need for a backyard gathering & we didn’t know where to start! We were able to test out all of their products and Big Bert gave his honest reviews (hilarious, some of them had to be edited) and he definitely had a hard time picking out his favorite product. We started out by the fire with the new Solo Stove Summit 24’ fire pit. I was worried bout my hair, but we didn’t smell like smoke at all! Their new smokeless technology was awesome and for such a small product, it gave off a ton of heat and the interior cone shaped design made lighting the fire super easy. Next up: PIZZA! He had an unfair advantage at this setup (we have two of these ovens at home) and his commentary about everyone else’s pizza had me dying, I had to remind him there were other cameras rolling 😂 We can’t say enough about this product. Its tiny but mighty, makes a killer pizza and it is so easy to use! Next, it was burger time. He absolutely LOVED the new Solo Steelfire Griddle. We were both surprised at how easy it was to clean! He made a great burger so quickly and we both decided we need this for the backyard. Another product we were able to check out was the Windchill 47 Cooler. We both thought this was an awesome idea that would be great for the beach or boat. He returned back to this when he got too hot after cooking 🤭 Lastly, we made smores using the smaller Mesa Tabletop which we both agreed would be an awesome gift. Overall, it was a 10/10 day. Big Bert was already a fan of the brand but it’s safe to say he’s an even bigger fan now. You’ll see all of these products this year on my holiday gift guides!
