A focus on bile flow and building bile prior, can change the entire experience & results of a liver flush. This is done through phosphatidylcholine, chanca piedra tea & bitters. The more you clear.. 🟰 the less congestion of toxins in the body, & better bile flow.. 🟰 the faster & more effectively the body can heal ❤️🩹 🚽 But if your gut isn’t clear enough before drinking the oil / citrus the day of the flush, the place where the common bile duct connects to the small intestine is likely blocked by 💩. You’re not going to be able to expel any (or much) content. I wonder if this is often the reason for many people’s “dud” flushes? Andreas Moritz discusses this in his book and I’ve personally experienced its truth - your 💩 HAS to be 💧 before you do the oil/citrus drink. This means taking enough magnesium oxide the day before (2 tsp in my case; 1 tsp in my sisters case since she’s much more sensitive). I’ve heard some people prefer a water enema the day before. I haven’t personally tried that but either way, one of those needs to happen the day before so the gut can properly clear in time for the oil / citrus drink. The 2 required morning doses of Epsom salt on flush day are NOT enough. The main purpose of that is to dilate the bile ducts for contents to exit, not empty the entire GI tract in a matter of a few hours. 💚Taking enough PC to properly build bile also makes all the difference. PC was increased between these 2 flushes & that also usually makes a big difference🤩 I personally do 2 tsp (with bfast) & 2 tsp (with lunch) of the pure NOW sunflower lecithin powder, the day before flush day. This equates to about 8,000mg. It’s always recommended to stop taking supplements about 24 hours before you plan to do the flush drink. 🥥 While sipping coconut water, quality salt & some pure calcium powder throughout the day, & more salt and coconut water soon before bed doesn’t directly increase the contents excreted, it allows for proper full-body support & no weird low electrolyte symptoms which is so important! 👏🏻 *NOT MEDICAL ADVICE #guthealth #detox #liverflush #candida #functionalhealth #sibo #holistichealth #healthcoach #gallstones

Sluggish bile shows up on your skin: Keratosis pilaris-like ashy skin, along with bumpy cheeks, itchiness, and dull tone, may reflect impaired bile flow. Poor bile reduces fat-soluble vitamin absorption, disrupting skin hydration, sebum balance, and detox pathways. #bile #liverhealth #cholestasis #sluggishliver #liver #liverdetox #detox #bumpyskin #keratosispilaris #dryskin #itchyskin #guthealth #skincare #health #foryou #foryoupage #foryourpage #fyp

Comment “CLEAN” for more natural remedies you can make in your kitchen ✨ Every morning I start my day with a simple lemon, olive oil, and cayenne shot, and I can feel the difference. This isn’t about a cleanse. It’s about supporting the liver and bile flow, which plays a huge role in digestion, inflammation, and how the body clears what it no longer needs. When bile flows well, bloating goes down, digestion feels lighter, and energy improves. That’s been my experience. Lemon helps stimulate bile production in the liver and keeps it moving instead of becoming thick and sluggish. It also provides vitamin C, which the liver relies on to support its natural processing pathways. Lemon supports glutathione production too, one of the liver’s most important protective compounds. The olive oil matters just as much. Fat is what signals the gallbladder to release bile. Without enough fat, bile can sit and stagnate. Adding olive oil gives the body the cue it needs to actually use the bile it produces. And yes… I love fat. Cayenne supports circulation and gentle warmth in the body, which helps digestion work more efficiently. It also supports stomach signaling so bile doesn’t just get released, it gets used. Throughout the day, I sip warm water with lemon slices to keep things moving. Warm liquids support digestion, while cold drinks can slow it down. This has made a noticeable difference for me, especially with sluggish digestion or fatigue. Wakes me right up too lol When bile flows, the body does what it was designed to do…naturally. My morning mix: 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil 1/4 tsp cayenne What do you think? #homesteadinglife #homesteadlife

Comment “MORNING” and I’ll send you my Morning Flush protocol 🤍 Many people struggling with bloating, candida, constipation, or sluggish detox are actually dealing with liver congestion and poor bile flow. When bile isn’t flowing properly, the body can’t eliminate waste efficiently. And bile is one of the body’s main microbial regulators. Meaning when bile flow is sluggish, you can start to see things like: • constipation • candida overgrowth • poor fat digestion • bloating after meals • detox symptoms that don’t improve This morning flush drink is a simple way to stimulate bile flow and support the liver first thing in the morning. Just FYI - what I'm doing here is a liver flush which is a more advanced technique I teach people in my group programs! Comment “MORNING” and I’ll send you the Morning Flush protocol 🤍

Your poop is one of the clearest daily reports on bile flow and liver function. 💩 Pale, clay coloured or grey - sluggish bile flow 💩Yellow, mushy or greasy - poor fat digestion 💩 Floating - undigested fat and gas 💩 Constipation or small hard pellets - low bile flow 💩 Urgent or loose morning stools that burn - bile dumping 💩 Strong, unusually foul smelling - poor fat and protein digestion The liver makes bile, the gallbladder stores it, and your digestion depends on it. The bile not only digests, it also carries out toxins and hormones that need to be cleared. If you have a liver congestion issue, then this is a systemic heath issue - it will impact everything else. Are you coming to the masterclass tonight?

Comment COLON & I’ll send you my beginner protocol for healthy bowel movements, drainage, and detox – and make sure you’re following so you get my consideration! When your gut, liver, or drainage pathways are overwhelmed, your stool becomes the most valuable messengers. Here are 10 things your stool might be telling you (that most people and doctors completely miss): Your stool has a super foul, sour, or chemical-like odor → Strong odor often signals poor bile flow or dysbiosis, meaning your liver and gut aren’t clearing waste efficiently. It floats and looks greasy or leaves oily residue → Fatty, floating stool shows poor bile production or sluggish liver drainage, so fats aren’t being broken down. It comes out in thin “pencil-like” shapes → Narrow stool can reflect inflammation, stagnation, or slow transit time restricting normal movement. It’s unusually pale, yellow, or clay-colored → These colors point to low bile or a congested liver/gallbladder – your drainage pathways aren’t delivering enough pigment. You see “rolled-up tomato skins” → These often aren’t food – they resemble liver flukes, a sign you may be dealing with parasites. These are the most common parasite you’ll see! It looks like tiny sesame seeds → These are classic visuals people report with parasite eggs, showing your system is moving out unwanted guests. You notice pieces that look like corn kernels or tiny green “peas” → Corn-like bits or green peas can indicate parasite eggs or even small gallstones releasing during detox. Transit time is either too fast or too slow → If stool races through or lingers for days, detox pathways are dysregulated – either dumping toxins too quickly or holding them too long. Your stool is consistently small, hard, or in pellets → This points to dehydration, poor lymphatic flow, or stalled colon drainage that’s making everything move sluggishly. You see white material wrapped around your stool → Hair-or leg-like strands can suggest yeast, while snotty, slimy coatings often point to biofilm protecting pathogens in the gut. If a few of these sound way too familiar… these could be very valuable insights for you 🚩

Poor bile flow isn’t just a digestive issue it’s a neurodegenerative risk factor. Bile is the body’s main route for excreting lipophilic toxins, many of which are neurotoxic, pro-oxidative, and persistent. When bile stagnates, these compounds recirculate through the enterohepatic loop, increasing their residence time in tissues, especially in lipid-rich structures like the brain. Even more critically, bile is essential for the absorption and delivery of long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids, choline, fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), and plasmalogen precursors the very lipids that form the structural and redox backbone of neurons and synaptic membranes. Without healthy bile flow, the brain is deprived of the raw materials it needs to repair, insulate, and regulate inflammation. Studies show that impaired bile acid signaling through FXR and TGR5 receptors disrupts mitochondrial function and insulin sensitivity in the brain, paving the way for neuroinflammation, amyloid accumulation, and neurodegenerative decline. So no, poor bile flow doesn’t just cause bloating and skin issuesit starves the brain, recycles the toxins, and scrambles the signals. Let’s not work with bandaids- let’s learn what health actually is. ❤️ Who’s ready? Drop a “ready” if you are. 😘

Most detox protocols miss the most important exit door in the body: bile flow. Bile is the primary highway your body uses to escort toxins out for good. When the liver processes chemicals, heavy metals, and waste, it packages them into bile and sends them to the intestines for elimination. If bile is thick, sluggish, or backed up, those toxins don’t leave. They recycle back into your bloodstream and make you feel worse. This is why so many people feel nauseous, exhausted, inflamed, or “reactive” when they try to detox. They’re mobilizing toxins without giving them a clear way out. Real detox starts by restoring bile flow first, before pushing anything deeper. #detoxdudes #detox #liver #bile #bileflow

Why the Gallbladder Matters: Your gallbladder isn’t a useless organ — it’s vital. It stores and concentrates bile, which: •Breaks down fats so you can absorb vitamins like A, D, E & K. •Helps your liver remove toxins and cholesterol. •Keeps digestion smooth and efficient. When stones or sludge block it, you can get pain, nausea, poor digestion — even surgery. But instead of removing the gallbladder, it’s better to support it and keep it clean. Flush Steps (Leading Up): 🥤 3–5 days before: •Drink 3-4 cups of apple juice a day (softens stones). •Eat light, plant-based meals. •Stay hydrated. 🚫 On flush day: •Stop eating at 2PM — stomach must be empty. Evening protocol: •6PM → ¾ tbsp Epsom salt in ¾ cup warm water. •8:30PM → Repeat same drink. •10PM → Flush drink: 1/4 cup lemon juice and lie on the right side for 30 minutes. Follow that up with 1/4 cup of cold pressed extra-virgin olive oil then lie on your right side and go to bed. → Drink standing → lie on right side for 30 mins → sleep on right side. Next Morning: •6AM → Final Epsom salt drink. •Later: light juice, fruit, broth. This is the version our client did. She was in acute condition so she skipped everything else and went right to the flush. •¼ cup lemon juice before bed on an empty stomach then lie on right side 30 mins. •¼ cup olive oil → go to bed on right side. Your gallbladder is like your body’s grease trap — keep it clean, don’t cut it out. When I see certain labs and symptoms clustering together, I always start looking upstream at one often-overlooked system: Bile flow. Bile isn’t just for digestion — it plays a major role in metabolism, hormones, and thyroid health. Bile is required to: • absorb fats and fat-soluble nutrients like vitamin D • clear estrogen and metabolic waste • recycle and eliminate cholesterol • support gut health and inflammation balance • assist the liver in converting T4 → T3 thyroid hormone When bile flow becomes sluggish, we can start seeing patterns like: • cholesterol creeping up • low vitamin D despite supplementation • estrogen dominance symptoms • histamine issues • low ferritin and hair loss • sluggish thyroid function These are often treated as separate issues, when the root problem may actually be impaired bile flow and liver function. Another key factor? Your nervous system. Bile release depends on parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) tone, which is why chronic stress, under-eating, and very low-carb diets can slow bile flow over time. This is also why balanced macros, fiber, and proper digestion matter so much for hormone and thyroid health. If you feel like your metabolism or hormones aren’t improving despite “doing all the things,” the liver–bile–thyroid connection may be the missing link.
