I’ve been getting a ton of questions about my Bilt 2.0 Palladium card and which option I’m choosing — 4% Bilt Cash vs. up to 1.25x on rent. Let’s get into it. I’m going Bilt Cash for now. Why? Wedding expenses. I already hit the $4,000 spend to trigger the 50,000-point welcome bonus. I was sitting on a large wedding expense, waited until the card went live, turned on Point Accelerator, and deployed $200 of Bilt Cash. On a ~$5,000 charge, that got me nearly 15,000 Bilt points. I also almost fully re-earned the Bilt Cash I used, plus picked up an additional $50 of Bilt Cash from hitting the 25K-point threshold. And I’m running it back. Next move: deploy another ~$200 of Bilt Cash, turn on Point Accelerator again, and earn 3x on my wedding bands — another ~15,000 points. Yes, the card has issues. But if you’re planning a wedding, the points accumulation is insane, and those points can turn into an equally insane honeymoon. That’s the lane I’m in — for now.
