These almond biscottis are the kind of treat you always want sitting in your cookie jar. Not too sweet, perfectly crunchy, and made in just one bowl! They’re made literally just for dipping into your coffee ☕️ One Bowl Almond Biscottis Ingredients: - 1/3 cup oil - 2 eggs - 3/4 cup sugar - 1 tsp vanilla - 2 cups flour - 1 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp salt - 1 cup whole almonds Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a bowl, mix oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. 3. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and almonds. Mix with your hands until a soft, smooth, non-sticky dough forms. 4. Transfer dough to the baking sheet and divide in half. Shape into two logs and gently flatten. 5. Bake for 20 minutes, just until set. Remove and let cool for 20 minutes. 6. Slice into 1 cm thick pieces. 7. Lower oven to 325°F. Place biscotti cut-side down and bake for 10–12 minutes. 8. 🧾Recette : Biscottis aux amandes Biscottis wela Croquets ? 😆 Ingrédients: 60g de beurre mou 3 c.s. d’huile neutre 170g de sucre Zestes d’un citron 1 c.c. d’extrait de vanille Une pincée de sel 2 œufs 180g de farine @groupesim ( +50g à ajouter au moment du façonnage ) 200g d’amandes entières légèrement torréfiées Préparation: •Mélanger le beurre mou, l’huile, le sucre, vanille, sel et zestes de citron jusqu’à formation d’une crème. •Ajouter les œufs, mélanger puis ajouter la farine, levure et amandes. •Mélanger sans insister puis transférer sur un plan de travail fariné. •Ajouter les 50g de farine pour faciliter le façonnage. •Diviser la pâte en deux et former 2 boudins en aplatissant légèrement le haut. •Enfourner dans un four préchauffé à 170°C pendant 30min. •Retirer du four et laisser refroidir 10-15min. •Détailler vos biscuits, replacer sur le plat et passer au grill 3min de chaque côté ou jusqu’à ce qu’ils prennent une belle coloration dorée. Almendras 200 g Azúcar 250 g Bicarbonato de sodio 5 g Canela 1 Pizca Huevos 150 g Esencia de vainilla c/n Harina 0000 400 g Polvo de hornear 5 g Sal 1 Pizca Semillas de anís 5 g PROCEDIMIENTO 1. En batidora con gancho amasador trabajar harina, azúcar, semillas de anís, polvo de hornear, bicarbonato de sodio, canela, pizca de sal, huevos, esencia de vainilla, agua hasta amalgamar un poco. 2. Agregar almendras y seguir mezclando hasta unir los ingredientes. 3. Terminar de amasar con las manos dándole forma de bastón cilíndrico aplastando los laterales y llevar a placa de horno con papel antiadherente. 4. Cocinar en horno a 160°C por 30 minutos. 5. Dejar enfriar, cortar con cuchillo serrucho láminas bien finas. 6. I don’t know what happened to me but I got real serious about these biscottis. Biscotti Recipe (gluten free) •3 cups + 2 tablespoons flour (2 cups + 1 tablespoon gluten free flour and 1 cup + 1 tablespoon almond flour) •1 cup cane sugar •1 cup vegetable oil (i.e. Wesson) •3/4 bag of really good chocolate chips •1 teaspoon baking soda •1 tablespoon of vanilla (I use the Madagascar vanilla bean syrup) •3 eggs •2-3 shakes of course sea salt •1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon to sprinkle on top before baking Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Take a rectangular baking sheet with lip and make 3 loafs 3” wide using the width of the pan. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over top. Bake roughly 20 mins or until the cookies are golden brown. Remove from oven, let cool 5 minutes and then cut the cookies on an angle. Place them on their sides and put back into oven for 10 minutes (or for 5 minutes, then turn off oven and let stay for as long as you can leave them. Para los amantes de los biscotti italiano y no pueden comer azúcar ! Biscottis de frutas secas lnqredientes: 300 gr harina 0000 150 gr de almendras 150 gr de avellanas 50 gr damascos turcos picados Ralladura de dos naranjas 1 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear 10 sobres de @_Hileret Stevia 30 ml de aceite de oliva 1 cucharadita de esencia de Vainilla 3 huevos Jugo de una naranja Procedimiento: Mezclar la harina junto con las almendras, las avellanas y los damascos en trozos. Incorporar la ralladura de naranja, el polvo de hornear y el Hileret Stevia. En el centro agregar el aceite de oliva, la esencia de vainilla, los huevos y el jugo de naranja. Amasar hasta formar una masa bastante chirle, darle forma de chorizo y si es necesario agregar más harina. Cocinar a horno medio pre calentado por 20 a 25 minutos (no tiene que quedar muy cocida).
