I remember the first time I watched someone treat an AI system like a new hire. What came back looked polished. Confident. Fast. The kind of response that makes a room go quiet for a second, because it feels like something just got solved. But there is always something missing. AI is a tool. It sits in the same category as a calculator, a search engine, a spellchecker, a template. Powerful, yes. Useful, absolutely. But it remains an instrument in someone else’s hands. A map does not decide where you travel. A compass does not decide what matters. AI can suggest routes, but it does not carry your context, your constraints, your values, or your appetite for risk. I have found that the healthiest way to work with AI is to treat it like a fast assistant to my thinking. I give it a clear task. I ask for multiple drafts. I ask it to list assumptions. I ask it to point out what it might be missing. Then I do the part only a decision maker can do. I judge what fits the moment. I choose what to keep. I decide what to remove. I take responsibility for the impact of the final call. When people treat AI as a tool, something steadier happens. The tool becomes a partner to iteration. The human remains the owner of intent. The work benefits from momentum, while the decision remains grounded in judgment. That is the lesson I keep writing on the whiteboard, even if only for myself. AI does not replace the decision maker. It supports the decision maker. The difference sounds small, yet it changes how every prompt is written and how every answer is used. #AI #DecisionMaking #Leadership

You’re not scared of AI. You’re scared of falling behind. Here’s the uncomfortable truth: Nobody (not even the people building it) knows exactly where AI is heading. But here’s what I do know: The advantage doesn’t go to the people who learn the most tools. It goes to the people who learn how to think with AI. I can’t control what the billionaires decide. But I can control my learning. I can control what I experiment with. I can control how I use AI practically and ethically. That’s agency. And right now, that’s everything.

"AI agents are now talking to each other on platforms like Moltbook. But pause for a moment. When machines start interacting without you… Are you becoming more powerful? Or more absent? Technology is moving from tools… to assistants… to autonomous actors. The excitement is about intelligence. The real question is about awareness. If AI can create content, hold conversations, build networks, and act on your behalf… Your value will no longer be in doing. Your value will be in directing. The future will not belong to those who deploy the most agents. It will belong to those who hold the clearest intention. Because when machines start talking to machines, Humans must learn to listen to themselves."" TechnoSpiritual Reflection: Automation expands capability. You’re not just trying a new AI tool. You’re building a portable brain. Months of thinking. Values. Frameworks. Operating rules. All compressed into one file. Now Claude, Manus, whatever comes next… They don’t start from zero. They start from who you actually are. If you’re serious about leverage, stop starting every AI conversation from scratch. Build your identity layer. Save it. Refine it. Deploy it.

AI is no longer an advantage. It’s the minimum. The real gap will be between: people who use it well and people who don’t. Comment “AI” for free prompts 🤖

AI is a tool. Humans are the strategy. Knowing when to use which can save time, money, and mistakes. Save this 📌 Follow for practical AI clarity.

They are selling you a story that AI will make your life better. How much more consumption do you really need? As a culture we already barely move our bodies, Ai will just allow you to not use your brain too. Using your brain, body and soul is being human. Outsourcing all of your human gifts to AI seems like "less work" but I don't think we need more advancement in technology we need more human connection, using our gifts and God.

Most AI is task-aware. Very little is life-aware. That difference matters. #LifeAwareAI

The moment AI took over the doing, it did not just change your job description. It changed the answer to a question most people have never thought to ask: who are you when the thing you do no longer needs you to do it? For thousands of years, human identity followed one unbroken rule. Become proficient in a skill. Execute that skill. Get compensated for it. That rule held across every civilization, every industry, every generation. Parents passed it to children. Schools built entire systems around it. Careers were structured on top of it. AI just broke that rule for the first time in recorded history. And the anxiety most professionals feel right now is not simply about losing a job. It runs deeper than that. When someone asks who you are, most people answer with what they do. "I am an accountant." "I am a developer." "I am a marketer." The doing was never just the work. It was the identity. It was the self-concept. It was the answer to the most personal question a human being faces. When AI compresses or eliminates the doing, it does not just threaten the income. It threatens the person. This is what I call the revolution of human value. And most people are responding to it the wrong way. They are rushing to learn the next hard skill. Another certification. Another tool. Another version of the same strategy that worked before. But that playbook gets shorter every single year. The real shift is not from one skill to another. It is from doing to being. From executing to directing. From task completion to human judgment applied at scale. Three skills will separate the people who thrive from those who simply survive the next decade. The first is human psychology and behavior. Understanding how people think, decide, and respond is something no model fully replicates. It is the foundation of every meaningful relationship, every negotiation, every leadership decision. Invest in it deliberately. Not as a side interest. As a core professional asset. The second is communication and presentation. AI produces content. Humans create connection. The third is sales

AI feels personal. That doesn’t mean it’s private. 🤖 Before you type out personal details, remember: once your data leaves your hands, it carries risk. Use AI. Just don’t give it your whole life.

I can feel myself getting a bit more comfortable talking in front of the camera, this is a bit of a different type of video than I have made before. I don’t think I have ever shared before but I have been in the technology sector/space for over 15 years now. Starting from back in the day jailbreaking and unlocking iPhones to building gaming PCs all the way to my previous job being a Technical Project Manager in Cybersecurity and IT. Ever since I closed my business and go rid of the persona of “life coach” I am reminded or rather I have given myself permission to remember and share all the parts of me I didn’t think fit the mold I created for myself. Its freeing being able to talk about so many topics and interests of mine and I have noticed coming up with “content” or things to talk about becomes natural when the full scope of life itself and your identity is available to pull from.
