Hard boiled eggs are perfect to munch on before a workout or add them to any salad for an extra protein kick. I learned this trick from Gordon Ramsey and one of his easy ramen recipes. How long to boil your eggs will depend on if you want a soft or hard yolk. Start by boiling a pot of water. Once the water is at a rolling boil, add your eggs with a spoon, slowly. You don’t want to eggs to fall to the bottom of the pot because they will crack. Now, the trick here is to let your water come to a slow boil and not a rolling boil. This will help the membrane around the egg to soften and separate rather than stick to it. This is how the shell just peels off without sticking! Softly boil for about 12 minutes (less if you want a runny yolk) and than drain and place in an ice bath. You’ll have perfectly peeled hard boiled eggs! It’s that easy.
