Book 64: The Secret History, Episode 1 I asked people to recommend me books they DIDN’T like, and now I’m reading them! The Secret History is, frankly, wildly impressive. Even if I can’t stand the characters. Have you read this one? #booktok #bookish #bookstagram

I ended up reading more horror books than I thought I would, and they were enthralling. “Imaginary Friend” and “Reformatory” definitely have a strong Stephen King vibe. But “The Correspondent”, for me, was absolutely everything! ✨𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫, 𝒜𝓃𝒾𝒶 𝒜𝒽𝓁𝒷𝑜𝓇𝓃 (TRIGGERS: NOT FOR EVERYONE) ✅𝐃𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐭 𝐇𝐢𝐦 𝐈𝐧, 𝐿𝒾𝓈𝒶 𝒥𝑒𝓌𝑒𝓁 ✨𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐨𝐝, 𝒜𝓂𝒾𝓉𝓎 𝒢𝒶𝒾𝑔𝑒 ✅𝐈𝐦𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝, 𝒮𝓉𝑒𝓅𝒽𝑒𝓃 𝒞𝒽𝒷𝑜𝓈𝓀𝓎 ❤️𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝒱𝒾𝓇𝑔𝑜𝓃𝒶 𝐸𝓋𝒶𝓃𝓈 ✨𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲, 𝒯𝒶𝓃𝒶𝓃𝓇𝒾𝓋𝑒 𝒟𝓊𝑒

R E A D I N G U P D A T E It’s a rarity for me to only read 1 book 🤓 I started Devil in the White City by @erikxlarson a while back because my dad was reading it & said “it’s a history lesson & a thriller all rolled into one.” That really got me so here we are. It’s VERY much a history lesson & kind of confusing with all of the characters but still interesting & intriguing. I’m working my way through it slowly so I’m only about 30% through but liking it! I just stated Unnatural by @miasheridanauthor last night so I’m not too far into it but I really enjoyed Unwanted so I have no doubts about this one. If you’ve read either, I’d love your thoughts! Or tell me what you’re reading, maybe my TBR will grow some more 😉 #bookstagram #reading #bookworm #bookrecommendations #reels
