No time to eat, let alone plan your weight loss 🤪 Maybe that helped too? 🤓 But here’s what I did before birth: • Daily early morning walks • Prenatal workouts on alternate days with @samabirthing and @pregnancyandpostpartumtv at home • Morning workouts + a 20-minute yoga stretch at night for better sleep again by @pregnancyandpostpartumtv • (Mostly followed) a simple, sustainable diet by @holistic_fitness_by_mrinmoyee , who I’ve worked with for few years—easy to stick to, unless you’re a foodie like me 🙈 And lastly, I do think genes played a role—my mom still fits into my jeans! Though to be fair, she works out more than I do now. So yeah, even good genes need a little push 💪🏼** My strong mammas just remember it took you 9 months to make that beautiful baby, give yourself at least 9 months to get back.
