So schnell und einfach zuzubereiten, dass man es gar nicht lassen kann! 🤩🤩⁣ Verpasse nicht dieses Rezept 👨‍🍳 von @giuseppe_healthy für simill bounty 🥥🥥zubereitet mit unserem FAGE Total! ❤️❤️ Der perfekte frische Snack, um den Tag zu unterbrechen... und den Hunger zu stillen! 😊 👨‍🍳📝⬇️ ⁣ ⁣ ZUTATEN x 8 Bounties⁣ ✅ 80g Kokosnuss-Rapè⁣ ✅ 150g FAGE Total 5% Abtropfjoghurt⁣ ✅ 1 Teelöffel Honig⁣ ✅ 60 g dunkle Schokolade⁣ ⁣ VORSCHRITTE:⁣ ➡️ In einer Schüssel Kokosnuss, Joghurt und Honig vermengen und zu einem weichen, festen Teig kneten.⁣ ➡️ Aus dem Teig 8 Rechtecke ausstechen und ihnen die typische Bounty-Form geben.⁣ Mindestens 1 Stunde im Gefrierfach ruhen lassen.⁣ ➡️ In der Zwischenzeit die Schokolade im Wasserbad schmelzen. The recipe for the loaf is below and the link to order my book is in my profile, A x Makes 1 loaf 500g White bread mix 325ml warm water 30g butter A clove garlic finely chopped Tbsp fresh herbs (I used mixture of rosemary and Thyme) 80g garlic and herb soft cheese 200g grated cheese (I used a mixture of cheddar or mozarella) Place the white bread mix in a mixing bowl. Stir in the chopped herbs and 325ml of warm water. Mix with your hands until you have a soft dough. Leave to rest for 5 minutes. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes. Roll the dough out on a floured surface to around 30cm x 30cm Melt the butter in a small bowl. Stir in the chopped garlic. Microwave for a few seconds until melted and bubbling. Brush the dough with garlic butter. Spread the soft cheese evenly across the dough right up to the edges Sprinkle evenly with cheese Roll the dough up tightly. With the join facing down, cut the long dough in half lengthways. Turn both halves so the open layers of cheese are facing up. Join the dough ends together at the top before twisting one length over the other until you get to the end. Brush the inside of a 2lb loaf tin with the melted garlic butter. Tuck the ends of the plait under and place it in the loaf tin. Cover with a damp tea towel and put somewhere warm for 30 minutes. Heat the oven to 210C (fan) Remove the towel, brush the top with garlic butter and bake for around 30 minutes. When the top is golden, crispy and brown and the desired colour, cover in tin foil in the oven to stop it from burning and continue baking Place on a rack and slice when cool

Healthy bounties 🥥🍫 could eat those everyday!!🤤 Medjool dates, almond coconut butter, 100% chocolate, flaky sea salt Pit the dates and fill them with coconut butter. Melt the chocolate and pour it over the dates, then sprinkle with sea salt and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Dates provide a lot of potassium and fibre, which stabilizes blood sugar. Coconut butter is an excellent source of all three macronutrients and also a really good source of fiber. Dark cocoa is one of the best sources of iron.

Flourless coconut chocolate cake I’m sorry for the sass but I’m very defensive of Bountys. Bounties? Coconut. I’m very defensive of coconut chocolate. This is based on a great gluten free cake recipe on BBC Good Food with a couple of tweaks, so if you DON’T want the coconut then look that up instead. The sugar worked surprisingly well, it melted into the egg really quickly and gave it a richer, more caramelly flavour but normal caster would also be fine. Ingredients - 100g dark chocolate - 100g milk chocolate - 200g salted butter - 3 free range eggs - 150g caster sugar (or 175g if you’re using all dark chocolate) - 100g mascarpone - 100g dessicated coconut, toasted and blitzed, plus more to decorate - Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp Camp coffee or shot of actual coffee - 25g cocoa powder - Raspberries to serve Method - Melt the chocolate and butter together and set aside - Beat the eggs and sugar until thick and you can draw a pattern on the surface (ribbon stage). Beat in the mascarpone. - Gradually add the chocolate to the eggs and then whisk to combine. Add the coconut, vanilla and coffee and fold together - Sieve in the cocoa powder and fold to combine before pouring into a greased and lined loose bottomed 20cm tin and baking at 160c fan for 35 mins - Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin before removing and slicing. Add more toasted coconut on top. I served with raspberries just to cut through the richness . . . #glutenfree #coconut #chocolate #cake #flourless #easyrecipes
