Brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) are devices that create a direct communication pathway between a brain’s electrical activity and an external output. Their sensors capture electrophysiological signals transmitted between the brain’s neurons and relay that information to an external source, like a computer, mobile device or robotic limb, which essentially lets a person turn their thoughts into actions. Brain-Computer Interface Definition A brain-computer interface (BCI) is a device that lets the human brain communicate with and control external software or hardware, like a computer, mobile device or robotic limb. These brain chips go over the scalp in a wearable device, get surgically placed under the scalp or even get implanted within brain tissue. The idea is that, the closer the chip is to the brain’s neural network, the more clear, or “high definition,” a signal can be interpreted. Perhaps the most popular example of a brain-computer interface is Neuralink, a chip that was implanted into a quadriplegic patient’s brain in 2024 and allows him to control a computer. #newworldorder #nwo #agenda #illuminati #wakeup #conspiracy #conspiracytheory #truthseeker #covid #mkultra #truth #flatearth #trump #elonmusk #mindcontrol #nano #freemason #freemasons #thegreatreset #wakeupsheeple #freemasonry #depopulationagenda #neurolink #braincomputerinterface #freedom #g #depopulation #nanotech #markofthebeast #bci

🧠 MIT built a brain-computer interface without touching the brain. While Neuralink needs skull surgery and robotic implants, MIT engineers created the MouthPad—a 0.7mm retainer that sits on the roof of your mouth. It works like a wireless trackpad. Your tongue controls the cursor. Tap to click. Swipe to scroll. All via Bluetooth. Over 100 paralyzed users are already using it daily—up to 9 hours straight. One college student with quadriplegia uses it to write math equations in the library where voice systems don’t work. No surgery. No external wires. Just a custom-fit dental retainer with pressure sensors and a battery. It’s available now for $1,500 while Neuralink is still in trials. Would you try tongue-control or wait for the brain implant? 🤔 Save this if you’re into assistive tech innovation 🔖 Credit: @augmentaltech MIT assistive technology, tongue controlled device, MouthPad, brain computer interface alternative, non-invasive BCI, paralysis technology, quadriplegia assistive device, MIT Media Lab innovation, Neuralink alternative, capacitive tongue sensor, hands-free computer control, wireless assistive tech, spinal cord injury technology #AssistiveTechnology #MIT #BrainComputerInterface #Neuralink #DisabilityTech Paralysis MedicalInnovation TechForGood Accessibility WearableTech HealthTech Innovation Engineering Quadriplegia SpinalCordInjury FutureOfTech TechNews AIandTech ArtificialIntelligence

Massive breakthrough…Scientists are using living brain cells

Massive breakthrough…Scientists are using living brain cells to build computers that are ALIVE! This is a brand new industry of technology called biocomputing. These are real human neurons that can actually think and learn for themselves. When scientists combine them with silicon chips they bring the computer to life. Now if you’re like me, you’re probably wondering one thing… Why are scientists doing this? It feels a bit much to be growing human brains just to put them inside of computers. Well listen to this…it turns out, human brain cells have extremely rare abilities to process things without being trained. Normal computers need to be taught how to solve certain problems. It’s why AI models take so much energy and training data to build. But as soon as you add brain cells to a computer chip, they don’t really need as much training. They kinda start figuring out what to do on their own, just like a human would. Now because of this, these biocomputers are super efficient. A regular supercomputer might use 40M watts of power to solve a complex task. The human brain can do it in just 20. That’s 2M times more efficient. And this means these biocomputers could become the secret weapon to solving humanity’s hardest computational challenges. But…there is just one massive problem… Brain cells tend to die when their temperature deviates from 98.6 degrees. And computers generate a ton of heat. So we have this wild situation where living computers might be the solve for everything, but it’s almost impossible to keep the brain part alive. Today, companies like Cortical Labs are selling these biocomputers for $35,000. But over time, scientists are gonna figure out how to get them stable & more accessible. It’s wild to say but I think soon we’re gonna have living computers that literally think like humans. How to control a computer with your brain: The brain-computer interface device, called the Stentrode, enables paralyzed people to control digital devices with their mind. It is designed to translate brain signals from the inside of a blood vessel without the need for open-brain surgery. Inserted through the jugular vein, the Stentrode is close enough to the brain to detect and relay signals out to a computer via Bluetooth. Alex played computer himself today! We have tried Brain computer interface device and it was awesome! You often tell me about neuro link from Elon Mask but in fact he is not the only one who makes such things and there are also non invasive devices that can be used for communication and operating computers or other things with the power of thought. It is not perfect now but technology is developing so fast that it can be a great solution for people like Alex. We had just only one session and I don’t have much information about it but it is the only device that worked for Alex from the first attempt so we are definitely going to continue working with it. #braincomputerinterface #lockedinsyndrome #quadriplegic #specialneedsfamily #rehabilitationjourney

China has approved the world's first invasive Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) medical device for market use, marking the start of clinical application for the emerging technology. The National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) recently cleared the registration of an implantable BCI-based hand motor function compensation system developed by Neuracle Medical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., enabling its commercial launch. #CoolChina

🧠🎮 When Brain Cells Start Playing Video Games What if a video game wasn’t played by a human or even AI—but by actual living brain cells? Scientists at Cortical Labs grew about 200,000 human neurons in a lab and connected them to a silicon chip. This created a unique hybrid system where living brain cells could interact with the classic game Doom. The game sends signals to the neurons, and the neurons respond with electrical activity that controls movement in the game. Over time, the cells begin reacting to patterns, showing a simple form of learning. This isn’t about gaming—it’s about exploring biological computing. Researchers hope this technology could help study brain diseases, test new medicines, and even inspire a new generation of computers. The line between biology and technology is starting to blur… and this experiment shows how strange and fascinating the future might be. 🎥:@corticallabs on X Follow for more:@ai.updates_ #ai #technology #science #biotech #doom
