My hair has always been a hugeeeeeee part of my identity and what felt like my attachment to womanhood and femininity. I’m sure this is something many people can relate to, cis or trans. I cut my hair in hopes of relaunching my modeling book, something my agent suggested years ago that I just couldn’t even fathom at the time. Eventually, I bit the bullet. Some days the bob is cnty and other days it’s a fuck-ass bob, and I miss my hair because it made me feel girly and pretty. But as I get older and continue to define and evolve my transness and womanhood, I’m trying to let go of all the things that society and men impose on women and femmes. I’m a glam girl and FQ at heart and always will be. But for now, this is a new extension of me ❤️

160 calorie & 10g protein, cottage cheese bagel 🥯 these ARE worth the hype per bagel you need 50g cottage cheese and 30g self raising flour, so just X that to the amount of bagels you’d like to make 🪄 i used low fat cottage cheese, recipes said full fat is best but i thought - low fat gives you more calories for toppings & still tastes delicious method: blend low fat cottage cheese with a splash of milk (if dry, so it can blend smooth), then combine with flour in a bowl - flour your surface and knead until smooth then divide your dough, logify, bagel-ify, brush with egg for golden brownness & sprinkle with sesame seeds & bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 20-25 mins, or air fry for 10-12 mins (optionally cover to cook through and not over cook the outside). @thewellnessclubcoaching for content on how to live a healthy sustainable lifestyle ✨
