Bulking sucks in the moment but it’s always worth it in the end. Just don’t do a dirty bulk like I did in the first video 😂 It definitely helped me gain my foundation of muscle but it was also the worst time of my entire life My diet consisted of pizza, boiled peanuts, protein shakes, milk, and candy. Absolutely atrocious diet model 😭 Bulking is great for building a lot of muscle but make sure your calories are coming from good sources such as red meat, eggs, salmon, fruits, vegetables, chicken, etc. Whole foods will always be better than processed foods. Maintain high protein, stay in a slight surplus, gain 2-3 lbs per month, focus on getting high quality sleep every night, and focus on getting stronger every single time you workout. Eating every 2- 3 hours allows for you to put on size quick, just eat till you are full and go again. Your body becomes used to this and it becomes a habit. Bodybuilding is just force feeding. Once you realise this your progress will sky rocket.

I started doing this ↓ Gaining weight became easy once I started doing these three things: 1. Prioritizing Recovery You can be in the gym all you want but if you aren’t taking the right actions for your muscles to rebuild then you waste potential. Eat the right foods, especially enough protein and get enough rest every night. This will maximize your muscle gains. 2. Going Until Failure When I started going until failure on my last couple sets in certain exercises, I saw a huge increase in and muscle fatigue and growth. Push yourself in the gym with excellent reps. Slow and controlled reps always. 3. Being Consistent with My Diet If you have a fast metabolism, you need to be consistently eating in a calorie surplus. If you miss two days you can waste a lot of progress.
